VS Airport Taxi Terms of Service outline the rules for using our Bangalore-based airport taxi, outstation, and daily rental services. These terms ensure safe, reliable rides while clarifying customer and company responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable fare rules. These apply to all rides via website, app, phone, or direct contact. We may update terms; continued use means acceptance.
2. Booking and Confirmation
•
Bookings require accurate details (pickup/drop, flight info, passenger count).
•
Confirmation via SMS/email includes driver/vehicle details; subject to availability.
•
Flight monitoring adjusts for delays; notify us of changes 2+ hours prior.
•
Cancellations: Free within 1 hour; 25-50% fee after, no-show full charge.
3. Pricing and Payments
•
Fixed rates displayed at booking; include base fare, tolls, airport fees (no surprises).
•
Outstation/daily rentals: Kilometer/hour-based with minimums (e.g., 8 hrs/80 km local).
•
Payments via cash, UPI, card; GST extra as applicable.
•
Extra charges for waiting (>15 min), detours, or uncleanliness.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
•
Provide correct info; be ready at pickup (15 min grace at airport).
•
No smoking, alcohol (unless permitted), or illegal substances.
•
Max 4 adults/sedan (child seats extra); declare special needs.
•
Respect driver/vehicle; damages charged (e.g., stains, vomit: ₹500+).
5. Driver and Vehicle Rules
•
Licensed drivers only; vehicles insured, sanitized, AC-equipped.
•
24/7 service with GPS tracking; luggage limit 1 pc/handbag per person.
•
Prohibited: Large/combustible items, pets (small caged OK), weapons.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
•
Airport pickups: Cancel >2 hrs free; no refund post-driver dispatch.
•
Processed within 7 days to the original payment method; disputes via support.
7. Liability and Insurance
•
We cover vehicle/driver liability; personal belongings at your risk.
•
Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or flight issues.
•
Force majeure (strikes, etc.) excuses performance.
8. Dispute Resolution
